Product Description

Our creamy Fine Cooks' Milk Chocolate ensures a superior chocolate taste and texture in your baking and desserts.

It is ideal for use as a delicious ingredient inclusion in recipes and also for covering cakes, fairy cakes, tray bakes and confectionery.

You can also use Fine Cooks' Milk Chocolate to decorate your cakes and desserts by piping and drizzling or making chocolate curls and other creative shapes.

Fine Cooks' Milk Chocolate melts easily over a pan of hot water or can be melted in a microwave.

Ingredients
Sugar, Cocoa butter, Full cream MILK powder, Cocoa mass, Emulsifier: SOYA lecithins; Flavourings.
Cocoa solids 35% minimum.
Milk solids 21% minimum.
Suitable for Vegetarians.

Directions
• Ideal for melting and using in your favourite recipes or use to cover desserts, cakes and traybakes.
• To melt on the hob, break bar into squares and place in a dry heatproof bowl over a pan of hot (not boiling) water and stir until smooth. Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.  
• To melt in the microwave (based on 850W) break bar into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium (50%) power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds (50%) and stir until smooth.
• Take care when melting chocolate not to overheat.
