Vanilla pods are the fruit of the orchid, used for centuries in many culinary applications.  We select only the finest succulent vanilla pods and then carefully distill the extract.  The rich amber syrup created is enhanced with vanilla seeds to add to the appearance of your recipe and deliver a deliciously rich vanilla flavour and aroma.

Our very special vanilla extract is ready to use and perfect for all your vanilla recipes.  It is particularly suited to liquid recipes and where low heat or no cooking is required such as mousses, cheesecakes, meringues and creams.  The finished dish is enhanced with tiny black vanilla seeds from the pod.
