Our Gluten Free Sponge & Cupcake mix is a versatile, complete mix that just requires a little water and oil for a delicious sponge.  Cakes can be frozen and defrosted as required and is free from artificial colours and preservatives.

 Each 1kg bag makes approximately 5 x 7” round cakes or 60 x 20g cupcakes.

To maintain the gluten free status of this product, care must be taken to ensure that no gluten cross contamination takes place during preparation and baking.
