Bright Gel Food Colours can be used to achieve a range of pastel and bold colours in cakes and icing. Each pack contains 3 easy to control tubes of colour, red, blue and yellow, which can be used on their own or mixed together to create new colours. Substitute liquid colours for Gels Food Colours to create vibrant and bake stable colour in your baking.

Perfect for colouring glace icing, buttercream icing, royal icing and Ready to Roll Regal-Ice icing. The gel format is ideal for colouring ready to roll icing as the gel base doesn’t affect the functionality or consistency of the icing.  Also great for colouring your baking as our bake stable colours work in sponge as well as icing. Why not try adding Gel Food Colours to play dough or salt dough to create bright colours.

Use a drop at a time until you achieve the colour you want. When colouring Ready to Roll Regal-Ice Icing add just a few drops and knead until you have a consistent colour with no streaks. As a guide each tube can colour enough icing for 96 cupcakes (pastel) or 24 cupcakes (bold).
