Ready to use egg glaze in a convenient aerosol spray made from free range eggs. Use as an alternative to fresh beaten eggs on sweet and savoury products such pies, pastries, bread, croissants and scones to guarantee an attractive egg glaze. Egg Glaze spray can also be used to seal in flavours during the cooking process with dishes such as ravioli and egg rolls. Egg Glaze spray saves time and avoids wastage from left over fresh eggs.
To use, shake can well and spray lightly and evenly about 30cm from your pre-baked goods, just before baking.
Each pack contains 125g, approx. 200 applications to glaze 5cm (2") scones or 100 applications for 23cm (9") pies.
