Cake Release Spray is a vegetable oil spray used by professional bakers and developed specifically for home baking use. Can be quickly, lightly and evenly sprayed over any sized baking tin or tray and allows the easy release of baking from the tin after cooking. It eliminates the need for greasing or lining and is great for using on large or irregular shaped tins

To use, shake can well and spray lightly and evenly over base and sides of bakeware then add in your mixture.

Each pack contains 125ml, sufficient to grease up to 30 x 20cm (8 inch) round cake tins.
